Blueberry Muffins
This delicious muffins are super easy and make a great breakfast and/or snack. They also make for really thoughtful gifts. They are so yummy and such a favorite.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegeatble oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces fresh blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare your muffin tin by adding paper liners.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt to a large bowl. Whisk together and set aside.
- Toss the blueberries in 1 tablespoon of the dry mixture. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add butter, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Whisk until well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling wells to the top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool completely.
- Enjoy!
*After filling wells with batter, you can top the muffins with additional blueberries before placing them in the oven to get a bakery-style look.
