Broccoli Casserole

Broccoli Casserole

This recipe is super easy and comes together in a flash. It is super cheap and requires very minimal preparation and clean up. It is super yummy and is a favorite in my family. Yours will love it too!

Ingredients

  • 20 ounce bag frozen broccoli florrets
  • 10.5 ounce can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 box of Cheese-Itz, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 inch round baking dish or an 8x8 inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. Cook broccoli according to the directions on the package. Drain the cooked broccoli and add to a medium mixing bowl. Add in cheese soup, milk, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into your prepared baking dish. Cover the mixture with the shredded cheese. Top with the crushed cheese-itz.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes. If desired, you can broil the top for 1-2 minutes after baking to toast the cheese-its. Enjoy!

*Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
