Buffalo Chicken Sliders
These sliders are very quick and easy to make. They are delicious and always a crowd pleaser. They are perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or any family gathering.

Ingredients:
- 12 pack King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays Mild Buffalo)
- 8 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onion (optional)
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Set aside.
- Boil the chicken in a large pot over high heat for 30 minutes.
- Drain and shred the chicken. Coat the shredded chicken in the sauce.
- Cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom rolls in your prepared dish. Add the chicken to the rolls in an even layer.
- Top the chicken with the onions. Add the shredded cheese. Add the tops of the rolls.
- Mix in the garlic powder and onion powder with the melted butter. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Cut the sliders apart and enjoy!
