Cheeseburger Sliders
These little sliders are so quick and easy to make. They are bite sized and hand-held, so they are great for a crowd. You could double or even triple this recipe to feed all of your friends and family at a gathering. Plus these cuties are even budget friendly!

Ingredients:
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2-3 tablespoons McGormick Hamburger Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 9 slices of cheese (I prefer Sargento creamy cheddar or pepperjack)
Optional Toppings:
- mayo (I prefer Hellman's)
- A1 sauce
- Heinz 57
- ketchup
- mustard
- dill pickles
- pickles jalapeños
- mushrooms
- lettuce
- 9 small slices of tomato
- 9 small rings of red onion
- 9 toothpicks, preferably long ones
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Add a 1 1/2 cups water to a broiler pan. Grease the pan and set aside.
- Add the beef to a medium bowl with the worcestershire and seasoning. Use your hands to mix well.
- Pat out 9 patties about the size of your buns, maybe just a tad larger as they will shrink while cooking, and lay them out evenly spaced on your prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes then remove the patties from the oven. Use a spatula to barley puncture the tops of each patty. Flip them and then smash with the spatula to remove some of the excess grease.
- Bake for 8 more minutes. Remove from the oven once more and add the slices of cheese. Return the burgers to the oven for 2 more minutes to melt the cheese and finish cooking the patties.
- Remove the burgers from the oven and begin to dress them. You can ass whatever to them that you prefer, but I'm going to describe how I usually do them anyways. I add the patty to the bottom bun, add lettuce then 2 pickles. I sauce the top bun with mustard and ketchup and add it to the sandwich. Then I add a toothpick to hold it all together. However, feel free to dress these mini burgers to your own preference. If you are serving these to a crowd, you can even set up a station to allow each person to build their own. It is totally uo to you. I have made a list of optional toppings above to help give you some ideas and inspiration.
