Chocolate Peanut Butter Snow Cream
This snow ice cream is fun and delicious on a snow day. If you love Reece's Cups, then you'll love this treat. Its even better when topped with some chocolate chips. It comes together really quick and easy, and leaves behind almost no mess.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups clean snow
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional topping)
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until creamy. Try to be quick, as the snow will begin to melt the more you mess with it.
- Serve immediately for best results. Snow cream does not keep well in the freezer. If you want to try to keep it, you can place it in an airtight container outside in the snow for just a few hours until ready to serve.
