Chocolate Snow Cream
This snow ice cream is a fun treat for any snow day. Its simple to make and super cheap. It leaves very little mess behind, so you have plenty of time to play in the snow. The kids will love, it and the adults will too!

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of clean snow
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until creamy. Try to be quick, as the snow will begin to melt the more you mess with it.
- Serve immediately for best results. Snow cream does not keep well in the freezer. If you want to try to keep it, you can place it in an airtight container outside in the snow for just a few hours until ready to serve.
