Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter Crisco
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup red and green M&Ms
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/3 cup Lays wavy potato chips, broken into pieces
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Add Crisco and sugars to a separate mixing bowl. Cream them together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs and vanilla and beat together until pale and fluffy.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Mix in the M&Ms, chocolate chips, pretzels and potato chips with a rubber spatula.
- Scoop the dough onto your prepared baking sheets in 1 1/2 tablespoon sized balls spread 2 inches apart. Add additional mix-ins to the tops before baking to get a more bakery-style look (optional).
- Bake for 11 minutes and allow to cool for 4-5 additional minutes on the baking sheet. When the cookies are straight out of the oven, you can use a round cookie cutter to give them a more perfect shape, but this is optional. Enjoy!
