Ingredients:

  • small spiral ham
  • 1-2 large cans of pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup light brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Add the ham to your crockpot. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top. Then pour in your pineapple chunks along with the juice. Depending on how large your ham is and how much pineapple you want, you can add one can or two. If your ham is larger and you don't want that much pineapple, you can just use the extra juice from the second can or fill the rest of the way with water.
  2. Cook on low for 4.5 hours.

*Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

*If your ham is frozen or too large, you can cook it in the oven until tender. Then remove all of the meat from the bone and add it to your crockpot. After that, cook as directed above.
