Egg Nog
This nog is quick and easy. It definitely beats any supermarket brand out there. Its textures are creamy and smooth, and it has a little spice to liven it up. It tastes just like Christmas!

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Separate the eggs. Have yolks in one bowl and whites in another.
- In the bowl with yolks, add sugar and vanilla. Whisk together.
- Add the cream and whole milk. Whisk together.
- Refrigerate mixture for at least one hour. Refrigerate egg white as well to keep them good.
- Whip egg white with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped eggs into mixture.
- Serve in glasses topped with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
*Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 2 days.
*If you want to make this a day in advance, reserve your egg whites and whip right before serving so they don't go flat.
*You can spike this with 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of your favorite alcohol. This pairs best with brandy, bourbon and/or rum.
