Garlic Butter Carrots

This recipe is super easy and delicious. It is always a crowd pleaser and great to serve at gatherings. It requires minimal effort and clean up. It couldn't be any simpler of a dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 16 ounce package of baby carrots
  • 1 cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons dried parsley
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Add baby carrots to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and seasonings.
  4. Coat carrots well in butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until carrots are fork tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm.

*Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
