Garlic Butter Carrots
This recipe is super easy and delicious. It is always a crowd pleaser and great to serve at gatherings. It requires minimal effort and clean up. It couldn't be any simpler of a dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 16 ounce package of baby carrots
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons dried parsley
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Add baby carrots to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and seasonings.
- Coat carrots well in butter mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until carrots are fork tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm.
*Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
