Garlic Mashed Potatoes
This yummy mashed potatoes pair prefect with any meal. They are super velvety and creamy. They are also very yummy with gravy. They are so easy and taste amazing!

Ingredients:
- 8 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
- Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
- Add potatoes to a 5 quart pot and fill with water, about 2 inches over potatoes.
- Boil on high for 20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
- Drain potatoes and add to a large bowl.
- Use an electric mixer to mash potatoes.
- Add in butter and milk and mix on high.
- Mix in garlic salt and parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
