Halloween Dirt Cups

Ingredients:

• 5.9 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
• about 12 Oreos
• candy eyes (optional)
• candy pumpkins
• green Funfetti frosting

Directions:

1. Prepare the pudding following the directions on the package. Set aside.
2. Place the Oreos in a ziplock bag. Zip it up tight and use a spoon or a rolling pin to crush the cookies until you have a sand-like consistency. Set aside.
3. Add a couple of spoonfuls of pudding to the bottom of four cups. Try to add an even amount to each one. Top with a layer of the Oreo crumbs, then another layer of pudding, and finish with more crumbs. If you want to add the candy eyes, place them on the first layer of the cookie crumbs, facing the outside of your glass. Add the next spoonful of pudding on top, trying your best not to knock over the eyes. Finish with the remaining layer of cookie crumbs.
4. Add 2-3 pumpkins to the top of each parfait. Add some of the frosting to a piping bag and barley snip off the tip to leave a very small hole. Use this to pipe vines around the pumpkins (as pictured above). You can also add leaves with the smallest leaf tip, if you would like.

*Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
