Hot Cocoa Snow Cream
This is such a yummy treat for a snow day. This snow ice cream tastes just like winter. All of the ingredients come together to taste like your favorite hot cocoa. Its super easy and fun to make. The kids will love it, and the adults will too!

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of clean snow
- 1 packet (2 tablespoons) hot cocoa mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- chocolate syrup (optional topping)
- mini marshmallows (optional topping)
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until creamy. Try to be quick, as the snow will begin to melt the more you mess with it.
- Serve immediately for best results. Snow cream does not keep well in the freezer. If you want to try to keep it, you can place it in an airtight container outside in the snow for just a few hours until ready to serve.
