Whipped Lemon Butter

This butter comes together quickly and easily. It leaves little mess behind. It is very light and fresh. It tastes great on biscuits, rolls, toast and more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks salted butter, room temperature
  • zest of two lemons
  • pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add butter, salt and zest to a medium bowl. Cream together on high with your electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Enjoy with biscuits and more!

*Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Store in an airtight container in freezer for up to one month. Bring back to room temperature before serving.
