Monster Cookies
These cookies are so quick and easy to make. They require minimal effort and minimal clean-up. They are so delicious and perfect for any time of the year. They have everyone's favorite flavors all combined into one cookie, so they're perfect for any crowd.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter Crisco
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate medium bowl, cream together Crisco, peanut butter, sugars and vanilla with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs, one at a time, scraping the bowl after each addition.
- Mix in flour half a cup at a time.
- Mix in the oats. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
- Scoop cookie dough by rounded tablespoon onto your prepared baking sheet. Make sure dough balls are about 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for about 10 minutes. You can add extra M&Ms and chocolate chips to the top right after removing from the oven, before cooling, to make the cookies look better and help ensure that each one has a somewhat even number of mix-ins. Enjoy!
*Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
*Make sure to only bake one pan of cookies at a time, or they will not bake correctly.
