Pasta Carbonora
This pasta recipe is super quick and easy. It is super cheap and comes together so fast! It is a family favorite at my house, and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser at your home too! The best part is that everyone will think its expensive and complex, but it's the total opposite!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound center cut bacon
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 1 1/2 cups commercial grated parmesan cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, fry the bacon until crispy. Crumble bacon and set aside.
- Add noodles and salt to a large pot and cover with water. Place on high heat and boil until tender. Drain and set aside, making sure to save 1 cup of pasta water for later.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Add bacon, noodles and egg sauce to a deep skillet on medium heat. Pour pasta water in and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and pepper. Serve warm.
