Peppermint Cheesecake Dip

Peppermint Cheesecake Dip

This yummy dip tastes just like Christmas. It comes together so quickly. The peppermint is not overbearing and it pairs perfectly with some chocolate cookies. Serve with hot chocolate to be extra festive.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermints or peppermint sprinkles
  • 1-2 drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and peppermint extract. If desired, you can also add in the food coloring. Cream them together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the crushed peppermints. You can serve in a pretty bowl and top with additional peppermints, if you like. Enjoy with chocolate graham crackers, chocolate animal crackers, or anotther cookie that you love!

*Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
