Perfect Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are the perfect dish for any get together. These eggs have a nice creamy texture, but you still get all of the flavor. The look pretty and taste just as amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 3 tablespoons miricle whip or mayonaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • paprika for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place eggs into a large pot with baking soda, vinegar and salt.
  2. Fill with enough water so the eggs are covered by 1-2 inches. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs into a large bowl of ice water to cool fo at least 10 minutes.
  4. Peel eggs and cut into halves.
  5. Transfer yolks into a small bowl, and smash with a fork. Add in miricle whip, mustard, pickle juice and sour cream. Whisk until creamy.  
  6. Pipe the filling into the eggs using a large star tip.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top as desired.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate if preparing early.

*Store in fridge in an airtight container up to 24 hours.
