Perfect Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are the perfect dish for any get together. These eggs have a nice creamy texture, but you still get all of the flavor. The look pretty and taste just as amazing.

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 3 tablespoons miricle whip or mayonaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- paprika for garnish
Directions:
- Place eggs into a large pot with baking soda, vinegar and salt.
- Fill with enough water so the eggs are covered by 1-2 inches. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer eggs into a large bowl of ice water to cool fo at least 10 minutes.
- Peel eggs and cut into halves.
- Transfer yolks into a small bowl, and smash with a fork. Add in miricle whip, mustard, pickle juice and sour cream. Whisk until creamy.
- Pipe the filling into the eggs using a large star tip.
- Sprinkle paprika on top as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate if preparing early.
*Store in fridge in an airtight container up to 24 hours.
