Ingredients:
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 1/2 cups mozzerella cheese
- 18 pepperonis
- 6 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 11.5 ounce marinara sauce (half a jar)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 6 slices of bread onto your prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of the cheese onto each slice. Add three pepperonis to each slice. Sprinkle half of a teaspoon to one whole teaspoon of the Italian seasoning onto each slice.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- While the bread is baking, heat the marinara in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Divide into two small bowls.
- Cut the bread into 3 sticks using a pizza cutter or knife. Dip the pizza sticks in the sauce. Enjoy!
*You can get creative with this and make it you own. You could use ham or canadian bacon instead of pepperonis, or even eat them with the pepperonis. You can top this however you like. Usually for kids, I'll omit the Italian seasoning and pepperoni and just make a cheese bread that they can dip in the sauce.
