Pumpkin Butter

Pumpkin Butter

This pumpkin butter is so simple and taste amazing. It comes together very quickly. It pairs well with any biscuits or toast. It is also great for gifting!

Ingredients:

  • 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir well.
  2. Watch for bubbles to start to form when left alone for a moment.
  3. Decrease heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or refrigerate to serve as a spread.
  5. Enjoy!

*Keep in jar in fridge for about a week.
