Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 packs crescent rolls
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, cook sausage until brown. Drain.
- In a medium bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese together while sausage is still warm.
- Separate rolls into triangles. Cut them each in half lengthwise, making two smaller triangles.
- Using a teaspoon, dip out sausage and place onto the thick end of the triangle. Roll up and place onto prepared cookie sheet. Repeat until sausage is gone. You may have some rolls left over.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until rolls are golden brown. Enjoy!
*Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
*You can substitute the sausage with a pound of bacon.
*These are great to make the night before holidays, like Christmas and Thanksgiving. This gives the family something to munch on while you cook everything else.
