Shrimp Tacos

Shrimp Tacos

These shrimp tacos are so easy and quick to make. They are perfect for a weeknight dinner because they come together in a flash. They are so simple, yet so delicious. Pair them with some easy fries from the freezer isle for a complete meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sea Pack popcorn shrimp, cook as directed on package
  • 3 street taco sized tortillas
  • 1 cup coleslaw (just the veggies, no sauce)
  • sauce of your choice (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays Mild Buffalo or Kraft Coleslaw sauce)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the popcorn shrimp as directed on the package.
  2. While the shrimp is cooking, heat the tortillas in a medium skillet on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Assemble the tacos by placing a few shrimp on each tortilla. Sprinkle with the slaw and your desired amount of sauce. Serve with fries, if desired. Enjoy!

*If you are using a taco stand like I did, place the tortillas in a while the are still warm. Otherwise, they will harden as they cool and may crack when yo add them into the stand.
