Ingredients:

  • 12 pack King's Hawiian Savory Butter Rolls
  • 12 slices brown sugar ham
  • 12 slices genoa salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 5-6 slices pepperjack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled banana peppers (I prefer Mazetta)
  • 1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers (I prefer Mazetta)
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Slice your buns in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  2. Layer on the ham, then the salami, then the pepperoni. Add the layer of cheese.
  3. Sprinkle on both of the peppers. You can add as much or as little as you like. Add the top buns.
  4. Melt the butter and mix in the Italian seasoning. Use a pastry brush to brush the butter mixture all over the tops of the buns. You can use as much or as little of this as you like.
  5. Top with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Dip in marinara sauce if you like and enjoy!
