Whipped Strawberry Butter

This butter comes together very quickly and easily. It leaves very little mess for easy clean up. It is very light and fresh. It tastes great on biscuits, rolls, toast, and more!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks salted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

  1. Add butter, preserves and salt to a medium bowl. Cream together with your electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Enjoy with biscuits and more!

*Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Store in an airtight container in freezer for up to one month. Bring back to room temperature before serving.
