Strawberry Snow Cream
This snow ice cream is so simple and delicious. It comes together fast and leaves very little mess behind. Its a fun activity for your snow days. The kids will love it, and the adults will too!

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of clean snow
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons plus one teaspoon strawberry preserves
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until creamy. Try to be quick, as the snow will begin to melt the more you mess with it.
- Serve immediately for best results. Snow cream does not keep well in the freezer. If you want to try to keep it, you can place it in an airtight container outside in the snow for just a few hours until ready to serve.
