Ingredients:
- 8 10 inch flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onion (optional)
- 1 pound sliced oven roasted deli turkey
- 6 ounces real bacon pieces
Directions:
- Layout one tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese on top. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese across. Sprinkle a tablespoon of the green onions across the top. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of the bacon pieces across the top. Add 3-4 slices of the turkey so that it is covering the surface of the tortilla, but not hanging over.
- Roll the tortilla rather tightly. Use a sharp knife to cut off the two ends. Cut the log into 5 even sized pinwheels.
- Repeat steps one and two with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour for best results before serving.
