Vanilla Snow Cream
Snow Ice Cream is such a fun and delicious treat. Its a great treat for the kiddos. They can top it however they like with sprinkles, chocolate syrup and other fun candies. Its also great for us adults and its super cheap!

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of clean snow
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons plus one teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until creamy. Try to be quick, as the snow will begin to melt the more you mess with it.
- Serve immediately for best results. Snow cream does not keep well in the freezer. If you want to try to keep it, you can place it in an airtight container outside in the snow for just a few hours until ready to serve.
