Vegetable Pizza
This pizza is super easy and cheap to make. It comes together really quickly. It is a great healthy option and a great meal for kids. Everyone loves it, and it requires almost no effort. Especially if you get your veggies pre-cut.

Ingredients:
- 2 tubes of crecent rolls
- 2 8 ounce blocks cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 hidden valley ranch seasoning packet
- 1 cup broccoli florretts, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup assorted bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Directions:
- On a small baking sheet, unroll the crecent rolls into a rectangle. Press the seams together with your fingers.
- Bake according to the cook time and temperature on the tube. Let cool.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and seasoning packet. Spread this all over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle the vegetables over the cream cheese. Cut into rectangles.
*Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
*If you would like it cold, you can refrigerate the pizza after adding the toppings.
*You can be as creative as you like with the toppings, these are just my go-tos. For example, you can add shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onion, celery, tomatoes, etc. You could even add some shredded rotisserie chicken or diced ham.
*You can use low fat cream cheese and crecent rolls for a healthier option.
*This is a great recipe for the kids. Not only is it healthy, but it is fun for them to help you make. You can let them sprinkle over the veggies and press the seams together for the dough.
