
Broccoli Casserole
This recipe is super easy and comes together in a flash. It is super cheap and requires very minimal preparation and clean up. It is super yummy and is a favorite in my family. Yours will love it too!

Ingredients
- 20 ounce bag frozen broccoli florrets
- 10.5 ounce can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 box of Cheese-Itz, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 inch round baking dish or an 8x8 inch baking dish and set aside.
- Cook broccoli according to the directions on the package. Drain the cooked broccoli and add to a medium mixing bowl. Add in cheese soup, milk, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into your prepared baking dish. Cover the mixture with the shredded cheese. Top with the crushed cheese-itz.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes. If desired, you can broil the top for 1-2 minutes after baking to toast the cheese-its. Enjoy!
*Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
