Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 12 pack King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Sliders
  • 12 Tyson chicken nuggets
  • 28 ounce jar marinara (I prefer Prego)
  • 8 ounce package Kraft Creamy Melt Italian Blend Cheese
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x9 baking dish and set aside.
  2. Cut the sliders in half long ways separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom of the buns in the baking dish.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the marinara over the sliders. Place one frozen chicken nugget in the center of each slider. Add a small spoonful of marinara on top of each nugget. Add 1/2- 1 whole cup of the shredded cheese in an even layer over the nuggets. Add the tops of the sliders.
  4. Stir the Italian seasoning and garlic powder into the melted butter. Brush across the tops of the sliders.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve warm.

*Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
