Cranberry Sauce
This yummy cranberry sauce is a great addition to any holiday meal. It tastes yummy alone as a snack. It is also the perfect compliment to any turkey or ham.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice (I prefer Simply Orange)
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup sugar
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook about 3 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Remove the cinnamon stick.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and Enjoy!
*Refrigerate for 4-5 days in an airtight container.
