Muddy Buddies
This recipe comes together super quick and easy. It is a lot of fun to make and everyone will love it. It makes a great snack for a party or gathering.

Ingredients:
- 4.5 cups corn Chex cereal (you can also use rice Chex, if desired)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolte chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
- Add the cereal to a gallon ziplock bag and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted.
- Add in the peanut butter and microwave one or two more times until it has fully melted, stirring after each interval. Mix in the vanilla.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Chex and zip up the bag. Shake until the cereal is fully coated in the chocolate.
- Add in the powdered sugar and shake again until everything has been fully coated. Enjoy!
*Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
