Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate

This recipe is wonderful for fall. Its smooth velvety texture is so perfect. Have a cup (or two) of this delicious cocoa while watching your favorite halloween movie for a relaxing night at home.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a 5 quart dutch oven, whisk together milk, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk on medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon (if using) until well incorporated.
  3. Add in the white chocolate. Stir until melted and well incorporated.
  4. Increase to medium-high heat. Cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce to simmer.
  6. Serve with whipped cream, marshmallows and cinnamon. Enjoy!
