Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate
This recipe is wonderful for fall. Its smooth velvety texture is so perfect. Have a cup (or two) of this delicious cocoa while watching your favorite halloween movie for a relaxing night at home.

Ingredients:
- 6 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Optional Toppings:
- whipped cream
- marshmallows
- cinnamon
Directions:
- In a 5 quart dutch oven, whisk together milk, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk on medium heat.
- Whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon (if using) until well incorporated.
- Add in the white chocolate. Stir until melted and well incorporated.
- Increase to medium-high heat. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to simmer.
- Serve with whipped cream, marshmallows and cinnamon. Enjoy!
